Was planning to do my mile time trial at Saint Joe's. it started thundering and lightning when I was doing my warm up and it was super humid and I felt terrible. So I just drove to Hartford to finish easy on the treadmill. It started pouring. I did 3.5 on the treadmill to make it over 6 for the day. The pace didn't feel as easy as I thought it would. Changing up my plan now, I think.
