Good solo workout at the track. The 400s felt so fast on my legs which kind of sucks. But hey, I dropped a 67. I wasn't really trying to either. I actually felt good on that 600, went through 400 in about 69 and just maintained it. The 200s were harder than I expected, but I ran them a little quicker. Actually put on my old Zoom Victories for the 200s and they felt weird. Foot bugged me a little after this. Good session though, speed is going to hopefully come along.
