Disappointing race for me. Led the whole thing from Levi Frye. 65.8, 69.4, 71.0, 68.6. I actually felt decent after one lap and I thought I had an outside shot at 4:30. After I heard 2:15 though I knew I didn't. I'm really angry that it seems like the more I train it doesn't make a difference. I'm still a fuckin' 4:30 guy.
