14 minute warm up, then 5 x (2 minutes @ 6:40 pace; 1 minute recovery; 1 minute @ 6:40 pace; 30 secs recovery; 30 secs @ 6:40 pace; 30 secs recovery); cool down with 4 x 30 second pickups at 6:00 pace. All felt great. I was scheduled for 75 minutes, but DH had to go to work super early and I was on my own with the kids. I'll make it up with 3 easy miles tonight.
