Holy hotness! 81 degrees, feels like 95. Ran 2 mile warm up on trail with John and Jakey, then did 3 x .5 mile on way back with 3 minute recoveries. It was really hard in the heat and slow. Grabbed som G2, cooled off, then ran to the hill on E. Taylor while James scootered with me. Did 6 hill repeats. First was 7:26 pace - each was progressively faster. Last 2 felt very quick and fluid. Great workout. And great to have James with me.
Did a good hour of yard work after.
