Perfect running weather. Slept in until 6 and ran in the daylight. VERY pleased with my HR during the warm up. Good workout - legs had some snap in them although my hamstrings are a little tight. Should be doing more stretching. I have been focusing on getting more sleep this week and I think it is really paying off. Trying to be careful with the mileage bump this week.
