Comment: "Tough run. We had a lot of fun at Vince and Sheri's yesterday - way more than ideal before a long run. I went down the trail to get some shade and keep it flat. The trail was beautiful and I even saw a deer. I wish I had brought some salt tabs though b/c I was sweating like crazy and loosing a lot of salt.I took it nice and slow to keep HR down.
