Weather: "56, sunny and muggy - ended in light rain"
Comment: "Still feeling very yucky so I nixed my intervals. Ran pretty easy, but pushed it up 5 or 6 big hills. Picked up the pace at the end and booked it in the last .5 mile (the looming thunder helped me along). Hopefully I will get some decent sleep and feel better tomorrow."
