Holy hot out there! This workout seriously kicked my butt.
Warm-up:

4 x 200 m with 200 recovery (goal pace 45-50 secs)(:45, :45, :48; :47)

Workout
4x800; 400 meter recovery. Was too hot and we were dying by the end, so turned last 800 into 2x400 at same pace with 200 meter recovery (goal pace 3:30)(3:23, 3:30, 3:41, 1:39, 1:40)
