Calling this a long run since it's been over 2 months since I've run over 10 miles. Foot still hurts. My neck was killing me too after 6 or 7 miles, a sharp pain near the shoulders, like in 2006. Got going pretty well at the end, & the river was pretty crowded between Longfellow & Mass Ave. Really not sure about Saturday.
