Really, REALLY disappointing. Went out in 83 & back with an 80 on the first one, took a 200 jog then into a 79 & 82 second 800, then out in an 83 before shutting it down with a bad cramp. Walked 200 more then decided to at least get one of the 400s in as fast as I could, which wound up being 71. I wasn't even that tired or fatigued at the end, but it's painfully evident that I need a lot more core work. So much for 6x800, 4x400, College Doug is shaking his head in disapproval right now.
