Ran along the Torrente Ombrone til the end of the trail. Thought it was 10k, but google says 7.1 miles. Felt great on the way out & struggled a bit back, but the elevation chart shows a drop of 100m on the way out, so no surprise there. Great weather though, went shirtless. I'd guestimate I was in the low 7's out, & 7:4x on the way back. Felt like a real actual run this time.
