Summit Ave hills. Considering I've lived at the bottom of this hill for a year & never once gone up, I wasn't sure what to expect other than a lot of pain. Still shaken up from Saturday too. Went out too strong on the first one & quickly learned that the 2nd third of the hill turns sharply upward. Went a little more conservatively on the rest. Wanted to quit a after 3, but pushed through it to make it a respectable workout. Hope the arboretum isn't this big...
