Pretty good run considering I was considering putting up a goose-egg for the day. Watched the marathon in the morning, that was pretty intense - kudos to Gleeson, Hunter, Alex & Scott. Watching the lead pack was like watching an 800 - all packed in & fighting for position to get up the Newton Hills. Lots of Gu on the roads too, running in sticky shoes isn't that pleasant.
