Notes
Last week I had scheduled this as a day off, but changed it, & I decided against after yesterday. Already got 3 morning runs in this week & I'm feeling a little run down & I'd like to feel a little better for Sunday, & I'm assuming the path is terrible with all the snow. You might say that's a lot of excuses - College Doug is disappointed - but I guess I'm still on the road to recovery.
