Plan was 3 x 1600 at 5:20 pace with 2:00 rest, with an optional 4th. While walking around after the 2nd, my left hamstring seized up; I walked around some more & stretched it a lot over 8:00, then I started up just to see what would happen. The leg felt fine so I kept at it, running a 78 for the first lap. On the back stretch of the 3rd lap, I got a massive side cramp - so bad I had to bag it, though if it hadn't happened I could have finished with another sub-5:15.

Very happy the speed is there, not so much about the health issues.
