Kinda did a Forrest Gump run, just ran til I felt like turning around. Google says that was 10.6 miles, felt great for the first 8 or so. Perfect running weather, & its probably a bit long for what I'm doing now, but it got me out of this hell hole for a good chunk of time today. I'll probably bump the mileage up since this run felt great, & it's been about 3 weeks of trodding along.
