Notes

More of a mental workout to get through these. The rolling hills seem larger when doing speed work on them. Did a good job of pacing on the first one, came through the (slightly uphill) mile in 6:10, & ran that same mile on the way back in 5:54. Tough crosswind to overcome too. Good volume workout, and a good comeback from yesterday's debacle.
