Was planning on 12-16 400s, but got kicked off the MIT track because of a lacrosse game. The nearest track was at least 3 miles away so I just ran hard home afterward, wish I hadn't been carrying the Mizunos today. Felt great for this partial workout, debating on whether to do anything else tomorrow or to just wait til next week since I put in a hard long run & got the legs to turn over a bit today.
