Really effing long. My back started having this really sharp pain between my shoulders at about 6 or 7 miles in. I'm blaming the old shoes, but I think I need to start drugging myself before these things. Legs felt fine throughout the run, which is a good sign. Fell asleep for an hour before I could even stretch or shower, so my calves are especially tight today, but not devastatingly so. It was pretty nostalgiac running through comm ave & beacon street in Newton though.
