Somehow left 1 glove at work so I had 1 cold hand for this workout. It was so dark at the track & the light on my watch doesn't work that well so I couldn't see any splits. Was hoping for 5:55-6:00 for the first few to see how that felt, so a 5:48 was a little surprising but I didn't feel that bad. 90 seconds rest throughout. Got through the first 4 without any issues, then the hamstring got a little tight 400 into the 5th. Really had to dig hard on the 6th & was really exhausted after this one. Good workout this evening, I feel better about a decent time on Sunday.
