Notes

The best part of this week was not being at work, which freed me up to run whenever I wanted & not be in such a rush to get to work, get home to cook dinner, etc. The heat forced me to stay on top of hydration, but the diet could have been better, especially with the time. The race was pretty miserable - guess you can't fake a 10k like you can with a 5k. If only I could get back to 2011 levels of fitness...
