Notes

Worked out with the Celtics trainers. Did a bunch of agility work on the court, then a weight circuit inside. A lot of hip movement, & the hamstring was sore immediately. Found out I can reach 9'5" on a standing high jump, that's about a foot higher than I would have expected.
