Nice workout, I had a lot more speed than I thought I would. 90 seconds between each 400. Left hamstring is a little tight, nothing a little Vitamin Stick can't take care of. Was shooting for 78-80 throughout, but felt really easy for the first 3 or 4, so I decided to gradually pick up the pace. Was going nearly all out on the last one. Haven't run this quick in a very long time.
