Notes
The idea was to start from 80 & take off a second per lap, but I kinda lost it after the 7th. 90 seconds rest in between. The track was real full, there was one track club on when I got there & they all looked pretty slow, so I waited a while til they looked like they were winding down, then another club came on after them, so it was pretty crowded. I was surprised that I generally held the 72ish pace for the last 6. Similar to last year's workout. Felt dead tired after all was said & done.
