Notes
After the swim and the bike went out to do an easy 4, but just bonked totally after about a mile and a half so, jog/walked home. (mostly walked!). Just didn't have it again today. Probably I drank too much last night, for one thing. I think I was low on calories, too. Should not have bonked so bad on an easy (but long) training day. Somehow I have got to pull out of this nose dive I seem to be in.
