COMMENTS: The weather was fine. Some sun shining thru predominantly rainy days in the past - remember 26/ 7 in Mumbai. Am going thru my first moderate injury crisis - the hamstring / quad stiffness. Called up Dr Bal who has requested no running for a week. Sob!!! - In the interim, we are visiting Pune for the August 15 long weekend. Thank God the Loop track has come back to some form of normalcy after the disasterous resurfacing. Look forward to doing many more runs there again. SO!!! this is my first real running log entry - All the best with the recovery.!!!
