COMMENTS: My firt run after return from injury. Ran really slow for about 30 min with a water break after 15 min. Woke up next day to find legs are OK. Not too bad! Need to keep those stretched going daily! Is it the shoes wearing out? need to replace the Nike Air Pegasus? Will also start strength training - lunges and squats soon.
