Wimped out on doing this outside in the cold. The first 1.5 miles felt kind of crappy. Calves hurt, shins hurt, and I was pretty sure there was no way I was going to do 4.0. Then about mile 2 everything got loosened up…and the rest felt pretty good. I found actually picking up my speed on the jogging part felt a little more comfortable than where I was. Will definitely try to get outside more this week.
