I debated doing this run, since I pushed back my PRT to this morning. I decided to tone down the speed into an "easy hill" day. Instead of sub-8:00 speed bursts on the uphills, I did 8:30 to 9:00 "speed increases" with a 9:30 to 10:00 downhill and recovery pace. Worked out well, especially with the grassy terrain on Mount Trashmore (warmup and cooldown were on asphalt). Overall a good training day, now we'll see if I pay for it tonight and tomorrow...
