Easy run following tough hill run the day before. While I kept a good 9:10 pace throughout, it wasn't as easy as I would've liked, as my HR averaged about 10 higher than a normal easy run. Two factors:

1. Recovery from yesterday's hill run, as muscles were a little sore.

2. Gym was a little stuffier than normal.

If number two was a factor, this will definitely be indicative of summertime running, so when the prime marathon training starts I may have to either scale back my pace for easy runs when the heat kicks in, or run purely on HR 140-145. Also this gives me more motivation to keep hills and leg training present at least until the halfway point of my marathon training.
