Treadmill

Notes

4 mile treadmill easy run, first since Sunday. I have a sore Achilles that seems to only affect me first thing in the morning. No issues during or after runs. I'm scaling back my mileage and eliminating hill and interval training until further notice, also adding more leg workouts into the routine. Hopefully this doesn't linger too long!
