Ghent Roads

Notes

First walk/run after a nearly two month hiatus due to Achilles Tendinitis. Did 30 minutes of exercise, mostly walking with 2, 3, and 4 minutes of running at the 4, 14, and 24 minute marks (about 9:30-11:00 pace on the runs). I will evaluate my pain in the coming days and potentially run again on Sunday in a similar fashion.
