Excellent run. Numbers not as good as Monday, but this was at the end of the work day instead of a morning run. Felt good. MaxHR was only for short period. Mostly under 160, any deviation of that or above was very short. So, I was able to keep my HR below the 80% threshold and still throw in 3 burst intervals. I really enjoyed today's run, even if it was in the gym.
