Rainy day so went to the gym. Very busy so I cut my run to 4 from 5. Decided that would be smart also because of the long run on Saturday. Gives the legs a little more chance to recover prior to Wednesday. IT bands seem slightly tight, not sore, but I will use the foam rolloer tonight.
