GREAT RUN! Threw in some 1/2 mile intervals at an 11:00 pace. Did that three times with a 2 minute recoveries. Very happy with overall performance. Maybe I should be moving my workouts to the morning. I seem to have better energy the rest of the day and my legs seem to recover better.
