Notes

6 hills. I felt much stronger on the hills and on the tempo runs today. Although my knee was nagging me, I got in a good work out and I'm excited to take a few days off of running over spring break just to cross train. Once I get of my knee for 2-3 days, I think I'll feel good as new.
