Notes

finished off with various ab things, stretching and a brief jogging cooldown. I plan on lifting three times a week again. This will shorten my milage and might not have a direct benefit to running, but I want to be strong. I will run 3 times a week and pick it up a bit more before pre season. I want to be strong again.
