Notes

The splits I hit on the two mile loops were

13:10, 26:10 (13:00), 39:00 (12:50), and 52:07 (13:07).

A bit fast on the first few, and we didn't cut off as much time as needed each time, but still an ok workout. i wish I stayed with Mark and Jack on the last one, good for them.

Achilles felt fine the entire workout, slight nagging on the last 3 miles or so. It was only after we stopped and started the cool down that I felt i did not want to risk anything, as the pain had kicked up a bit. I took the short cool down back.
