Very hot and humid.

1- 4.5 = 41.00, 4.4 - 9 = 37.33-7:21 pace, 9-13.5 = 40:00, 4.5 died big time last couple of miles was running 9:30 plus. Very sick and woozy at end. went home and took nap. no shower or food
