Really nice long run today at sunrise, with my mom biking with me. I was surprised at how easy this pace felt for a long run, though it's probably because I've been doing hills/grass a lot this week and today I ran on pavement. It was a great run though, legs felt good and it was pretty comfortable!
Side note, we found a giant turtle in the middle of the path on the way back, it scared me...
