Derby hill

Notes

Hill repeats, it was supposed to be 8x200 up and 2:30 jog down/recovery between each, but I only ended up doing 7. Times were 45, 45, 45, 47, 50, 50, 48. Sat the 6th one out because my asthma was flaring up and I couldn't control my breathing, then did a couple more after that. After the last one I was dizzy and my head started hurting, got better after I got out of the heat. I did well each time with the last steep part of the 200 but the less steep slope leading up to that was where I struggled. Okay for my first time doing hill repeats I suppose?
