The workout coach gave us was 1x2 mile at 85% then 5x1mile at 90%...we thought that was a little ridiculous and also he wasn't here this weekend to talk to so we ended up shortening it and running faster paces than he originally said.

Anyway, it was a pretty good workout! The first couple miles especially felt really good - it finally feels like I'm getting in shape. Really had to push on that last mile. Beautiful weather makes me happy to run!
