Not exactly sure about distance today. But this is the longest long run I've done since coming to Marian I believe, it felt good! Legs were kinda dead but once we got going it was okay. Nice change of scenery, around downtown and Mass Ave and along the canal and cultural trail. First week ever over 50 miles! Legs aren't bad, but training is just going to keep getting more intense. I shall continue doing my best!
