At last an entertaining and highly accurate Bosworth OTC course. Crownover was there so we went out in cruise control early into a headwind and ran hard on the way back in. Some high-schoolers took it out hot but we ran a relaxed 5:12, 5:08, 5:00 (Crownover not quite as quick mile 3) for the first 3 miles. Felt good to run hard and close well. Legs still not totally back.
