Rainy 5k up River Road with a good crew. Unfortunately, led wire-to-wire and no pack to roll with. I can tell that I have not had the speedwork lately. Fine for an early season mark but hoping to improve. Girls had a great time, Gram and Baba were there and Kt ran better than expected after being sick. 3rd in age group on aggregate for Kt and me. Josh and Renee took down the team win.
