2x1000, 2x600, 2x400 the first of each was even and second of each was run fast 200/slow 200 alternating. Weird workout and I was all over the map on the fast/slow reps. Ran with Jesse O. 3:05, 2:58, 1:47, 1:46, 66, 66. Not sure if this was a good workout or not but I got some fast running done and light volume with 5k race coming Saturday.
