Ran 1k bark (jog to track) and 4x200 (100). Did 3 sets and ended with an extra 1k bark. 3:28, 3:28, 3:23, 3:27 on the 1ks and 33s for the first 8 and 31s for the last 4 200s. Ran them all with Orestes. Good workout.
