Notes

Ran 3 sets of 1 x Mile (400r) 1 x 400 (400r) with Leo in 5:14, 66, 5:12, 67, 5:04, 67. Lack of sleep, lack of recovery, or lack of fitness made these hurt more than they should have. Although, I did not try to hammer the miles but kept the pace pretty smooth.
