Ran with Lewis and Bean up to Amazon from Full City. Some brief drills. Ran a 5 mile progressive run on the Amazon bark loop at 5:58, 5:51, 5:42, 5:37, 5:30. Again, best I have felt since Peterson but that is still not saying much.
